Conference registration
The conference registration is open.
To register, access the Conference Managing System >> here <<
and select the “Register as Partecipant” option.
Registration is required to ensure that papers are included in the conference program and proceedings. As a general rule, each presentation should be accompanied by the registration of at least one of the authors, not necessarily the presenting one. Authors of multiple papers can be accounted just a single time.
Conference fees
The conference fee is inclusive of coffee breaks, buffet lunches, welcome reception and evening lecture with dinner.
The fees for the participation to the social programs and for the accompanying persons are detailed below.
Early Bird Registration: until 20th May 2024

Accompanying person
Accompany persons can join the participants to the welcome reception and to the evening lecture with dinner with a fee of 100,00.-€
Terms and conditions
Once registered to the conference and/or to the social events, the fees will not be eligible for refund.
