Conference fees
The conference fee is inclusive of coffee breaks, buffet lunches, welcome reception and social dinner plus the new students workshops on Wednesday, February 8th 2017 (only for students).
The fees for the participation to the social programs and for the accompanying persons are detailed below.

Winter in South Tyrol
Tours at the Ski Center Latemar (Obereggen)
Saturday 10th February 2017 – 8.30 AM – 18.00 PM
Meeting point: Piazza Walther/Waltherplatz/square Walther
Please note that the tour will take place only if a minimum number of 19 participants is reached!
One day Ski or Snowboard tour:
- Price: 76,00 Euro (it includes transport and ski pass). Extra charge: meals, ski/snowboard equipment (you can rent it at the Ski Center)
- Price ski equipment: 23,00 Euro (ski, ski boot, ski stick for the whole day) to be paid directly at the rental service. Ski helmet is not included in the rent price. It costs about 2,00 Euro per day.
- Price snowboard equipment: 25,00 Euro (snowboard, snowboard boot for the whole day) to be paid directly at the rental service. Helmet is not included in the rent price. It costs about 2,00 Euro per day.
One day tobogganing tour (2 natural toboggan courses: 750 m and 2,5 km):
- Price: 50,00 Euro, inclusive of transport and ski pass for the tobogganing tour (two cable cars). Extra charge: meals, sledge equipment (you can rent it at the Ski Center)
- Price sledge equipment (sledge the whole day): 8,00 Euro to be paid directly at the rental service
Accompanying person
Accompany persons can participate to the social programs with the same fees reserved to the conference participants.
They can also join the participants to the welcome reception and to the social dinner.
